Security Inspection
The methods of inspection should include
1. Look: Identify problems in property management services through observation;
2. Listen: Determine if there is a malfunction based on the sound of the equipment during operation;
3. Touch: feel the usage status of facilities and equipment by touching them with your hands;
4. Investigation and understanding: Investigate the usage status of property and public facilities and equipment with residents or employees.
5. Check if there are any illegal behaviors in the community (such as unauthorized construction, unauthorized decoration, walls with graffiti, graffiti, or advertisements, and street vendors);
6. Are there any unsafe hazards in the community (whether there is serious damage to the house, whether the passage is blocked, whether the outdoor power transmission lines are intact, whether there is any disorderly pulling or building, and whether there are suspicious personnel activities inside);
7.
